The presence of AI does not explain why a product is useful. People need to see how it fits into work they already do.
Name the task
Describe the input, the person doing the work, and the decision or output they need. Avoid relying on a broad claim about automation.
Show the handoff
Explain what the system produces, what a person checks, and what happens when the output is incomplete or wrong.
Measure the practical change
Look for a meaningful improvement in time, quality, consistency, or capacity. Include the effort required to review and correct outputs.
A clear workflow makes it easier to judge whether an AI feature belongs in the product at all.
